One and Only (True Love)
May your lips be moist with the names of the Almighty
Your tongue taste the sweetness of al’Wahdud and ar’Rahman
For after all is said and done
Hu really is the only one.
Who is it that simply says Be and it is?
When you enter “His” domain you can only say peace, peace, peace
For Jesus, Moses, Noah and Abrahim
They all were and knew what it meant to be Muslim.
They warned and pleaded you to surrender to the One and Only Creator,
But oh too often generation after generation fell for the world and thought that they were better,
There was one that came to confirm all the Prophets before and stories to be sealed,
So if you yearn for the truth of reality ask, and the complete celestrial connection will be revealed.
Therefore, repeat that there is no God but One (and salutation)
To attract the angels so they surround, protect and report back the recitation,
Purifying the heart with full murabita connection,
So that what comes from the hand and tongue is no longer from Satan.
Align the mind, body and soul correlation
Strive in your effort to chase the ego out with interrogation
Refine that meditation and clear thought pattern; forgetting place, self and time,
Experience new dawn awakening raising like electricity.
Complete the fast by practicing the constant state that The Greater Being is facing you,
Link tongue with your heart as we are in the ocean of mercy and gifts,
Become transformers and upraise your state,
So that when fitnah tribulation occurs your actions off spring from fresh water of sincerity.
Struggle attaining perfection and excellence
True love and unity in oneness once tested
Is when the true wisdom rises to win with yourself, time and wealth sacrificed
Sprouting from the seedling to blossoming through remembrance of the One and Only.

Intimidation Immigration
The immigrant learns to put ego in his pocket
Leave her pride on the side
Eat humble pie
Didn’t come here to override
Just take it all in her stride
Stride oh how she had to stride
Calls from overseas,
Never seen trees as green as these
The grass is always greener
Laying in the grass she watches the birds make sky- circles of freedom, the stars
She just wants to work with you, together.
Didn’t come here to take your women
Just tried to make a living
Calls to send money home,
Their struggling,
Cried oh how he cried only alone,
In his room, alone in his bed with a hunger in his tummy.
Didn’t come here
Didn’t come here
It’s not like that yeah…
Didn’t come here
Didn’t come here
I’m Shredding tears…
Didn’t come here to tell you better
Or to convince you for a visa
She came here for her soul
See, she was fleeing genocide
Raping her to her bones
But now she is sucking on bones
Trying to make ends meat
She has a bachelor, doctorate
But will you recognise that
You’ve decided cleaning your sheets
Is what she’s worth
So now with a bachelor she is a bachelorette
And nobody really knows her.
Didn’t come here to divide and conquer
He’ll do anything to make your day better
Hard graft that’s what he knows
Smile while you dial,
Someone’s gotta do it
Put bread on the table for his family of five
Hasn’t seen daylight for nine years
Still he wipes away his tears, he says of sweat
For the 5 to 9 days.
Didn’t come here
Didn’t come here
It’s not like that yeah…
Didn’t come here
Didn’t come here
I’m Shredding tears…
Where the real proof in the pudding lies
Is in the conspiracy of lies
The powers that be tell you to push away the foreigner.
Feed you the exact recipe that they know in your state,
What you can’t help but eat.
And as you chew you secretly enjoy feeling better than them,
For a moment you believe it
But do you taste what lingers?
Do you smell before you taste?
It’s fear.
They feed your fear.
Your inner fears are fed by his stories on repeat, on repeat, on repeat.
Nothing is really what it seems
Shooch the dress is tearing at its seams.
He cries blood tears
What when you fall in love but the land has invisible borders?
See the world apartheid
They don’t want you to be together
Harder and harder they make it for couples
One has to make a certain/high amount of “bread and butter”
Or maybe you can live but not work
Or you have to tell me what underwear she is wearing/ sporting (so we don’t have to send her back).
So they didn’t come here to terrorise
But them you despise
Them, they make you demonise
Making their and your actions legitimised
You’re sold a pack of lies
When you buy your daily news
But instead there has always been migration
And you decide you have the right to interrogation
Who has more right to be where?
Who owns the air?
Will you make us pay to drink from the spring?
A tax to put up my umbrella
As the rain streams
You won’t hear sweet drops but screams
Stand up
Wise up
Voice up for the humankind, World man/ World citizen.

A Poem for Palestine:
Because Adam was made from clay.
We need justice
We need power
But without mercy and compassion, it becomes destructive.
We need mercy
We need compassion
But without justice and power, it becomes oppressive.
Ya Malik, we need a king
Ya Haq, we need the truth
Without looking for blame of wrong or right,
We need peace to stop the fight.
One side seems super powers, money and might,
One side seems in pity, poverty and a never-ending plight,
The answer of who is more of a victim, creates this never ending night.
Whether its sling shots, bows and launching back their undetonated blows,
Or high tech, AI drones and mass machinery to crush their bones,
Qul-hu waAllahu Ahad, Allahu samad,
Adonai Elaheinu, Adonai Echad, lay-oh-lam vahed.
Our Eternal God is One, His earth/ kingdom forever and ever.
Fuelled by dunya,
We feel the pain,
If toxic masculine keeps chasing, it’ll all be in vein.
Because Adam was made from clay,
And we will all return to dust,
Hawa made from the curve of his rib,
As a cradle of support, nurture, emotion,
So that the qualities together they ascend to Divine balance, devotion.
Serves as a reminder of our connection with Allah and our morality,
Masculine and feminine, Sifat Allah
Fana Allah, so that in Jannah
In the end, Thikr Allah.
Kun faya kun
C’pa’am b’pa’am
We remember together
“Indeed surely, to our Rabb we do belong and to Him we shall return”.
