"When I started with Nusaybah a few years ago, it was to improve my general fitness. As I continued the classes, I found Senaman Tua helped with many other issues I had, such as correcting my posture, improving my breathing, and helping to ease knee and neck pain. When COVID hit in 2020, the classes transitioned online, which was incredibly convenient as I could continue training from the comfort of my home.

The workshops in the "Raise your Vibration" program were a super uplifting physical, emotional and spiritual experience, Alhumdulillah (all thanks be to G-d)!
